Modernising Workplace – Bishops Stopford working with ZiAAS Business Transformation service.

Summary

ZiAAS worked with the technical lead, to implement Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 security licensing and solutions contained within this license. The project started with performing a Health Check of the existing Office 365 estate and provide recommendation to improving security of the platform. New licensing was purchased through ZiAAS heavily discounted and deployed to all users.

Quick wins where prioritised through implementation of enhanced email security, removal of legacy authentication, introduction of Multi-Factor Authentication and other conditional access rules.

Next endpoint configuration was explained and created with the technical lead, through Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Security for laptops and mobile devices and rolling out in a staged manor. Working with the technical lead over a couple of months all solutions are in place.
